At Detoxlifeix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website detoxlifeix.ddd.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in your country (in Austria: FAGG). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the EU model withdrawal form available from national consumer information sources; sending a clear written statement (for example by email or post) is sufficient. If you use the model form, you need only complete and submit it.

1.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the following methods:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

1.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product using a tracked shipping method
  5. Provide us with the return tracking number

3.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received a wrong or defective product
  • The product significantly differs from its description

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

4.2 Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

4.3 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products with signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned after the standard return period but within 30 days (at our discretion)

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photographs
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Do not discard the damaged packaging
  4. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

5.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

7. Cancellations

7.1 Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us immediately. We will process a full refund within 5 business days.

7.2 After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the package.
